Documentation, Certification, and Implementation of project specifications for all Client Employees and 3rd-Party Entities including Advertising Agencies, Venue Owners, and End-Users. Used to solidify that all project variables have been documented and accounted for with logical, easy-to-understand processes, duties, and responsibilities, along with contract assignments, as needed.
Installation/Setup
Management and Implementation of all steps necessary to install and configure hardware/software for all worldwide project locations. Includes mounting solutions, network connectivity, and vandal-proof components/custom enclosures (as needed).
Training
Video, CBT (Computer-Based Training), and/or Traditional Documentation of all components necessary to utilize the project variables (hardware, installation, software, and/or maintenance).
Maintenance
Securing the ability to keep all digital signage running with maximum uptime. Includes 24x7 toll-free support, troubleshooting (via web-based extranet and/or real-time support), and e-mail. Worldwide, onsite debugging and hardware replacement (as needed). Warranty management for all hardware components (working directly with the manufacturer for immediate service and reduced turn-times).
Tracking/Reporting
Providing all necessary reporting metrics for hardware/software status. Ability to map software data into client databases for ease of use and accounting reconciliation. Web-based reporting and inquiries for all project participants (as needed).
Physiological/Psychological Analysis
Providing expertise and research into the interactions between display vehicles and end-users/end-viewers. Includes employee attitude analysis to secure positive interaction with equipment and end-viewers.
Interactivity
Creation and Implementation of interactive additions and solutions to dynamic displays and kiosks. Used to secure higher response rates and monies for advertisements via the use of keyboards, touch screens, trackballs, cameras, and/or web-access. Includes database integration and real-time video monitoring (as needed).
