Extranet, Training, & Database Tools
No two projects are alike. So much so, we make sure to include all necessary training, project tracking, and database acquisition tools required for project participants. Two are examples are shown below from Philip Morris (Marlboro Brands) and ApoloAntonOhno.com:
Philip Morris Mobile Promotions
With a nationwide rollout in every major & secondary market, we needed to ensure all project participants were up-to-date and onboard regarding equipment use, training, troubleshooting, incident management, and promotion tracking. Created specifically for this project, our secure-access, online tools allowed all vendors, event marketing personnel, and client executives to monitor the promotion's progress. AAO Extranet (ApoloAntonOhno.com)
A necessary and valuable component of our Apolo Ohno website project is the online data acquisition form and subsequent backend, security-enabled data management and tracking extranet. The DB features a variety of data sets along with customized viewing, queries, searches, and ordering.

SIDE NOTE:
The visitor comments and requests are quite a read...in the first week of the site going live, Apolo received four marriage proposals!
